How long does making take?
Personalised t-shirts and resin gifts are made to order, usually within 5 – 10 days of payment. If you need the gift by a specific date, mention it in the order note — I’ll tell you straight away whether I can make it in time.
How do I pay?
After placing your order you receive an email with the bank details (bank transfer in GBP, with your order number as the reference). I start making once the payment arrives. Card payments aren’t available yet.
Do you deliver outside Reading?
Yes. In Reading you can collect for free; across the UK I post by Royal Mail (£3.95, free from £40); to Slovakia and the EU for £9.90. A parcel to Slovakia usually takes 5–8 working days.
Can I order something that isn’t in the shop?
Absolutely. Most of my gifts started with someone sending me their idea. Send a few lines or an inspiration photo through the Custom gift page — within 1–2 days you get a design and a price.
What t-shirts do you use?
Quality 100% cotton (180 gsm) that keeps its shape. I print with heat-transfer vinyl that lasts dozens of washes — wash the t-shirt inside out at 30 °C and don’t tumble dry.
Will the flowers in the resin fade?
The flowers are dried and set in UV-stable resin, so the colours last for years. I’d still avoid leaving them in prolonged direct sunlight (on a windowsill, say), where they can lighten a little over time.
Can I return a gift?
Personalised items (with a name, text, initial, date or made to your design) can’t be returned by law, which is why you always get a preview to approve before I make them. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, send me a photo and we’ll sort it out.
Do you take larger orders?
Yes — t-shirts for the whole hen party, team t-shirts for a small business, or favours for wedding guests. From 5 pieces I’ll prepare a group price; just ask.
Where can I collect?
Collection is in Reading, Berkshire. We agree the exact place and time by message once your order is ready.
