Orders and prices

• —Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are final (I am not VAT registered).
• —An order is binding once submitted on the website; I confirm it by email. The contract is formed when your payment arrives.
• —For personalised items I send a preview before making. Production starts after you approve the preview.
• —If I’m unable to make an order (for example a material is unavailable), I’ll tell you without delay and refund the payment in full.

Payment

• —Payment by bank transfer to the account shown after ordering and in the confirmation email. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
• —Please pay within 5 days of ordering. Unpaid orders are cancelled after that (you can always order again).
• —Customers in Slovakia may pay by SEPA transfer in euros to the IBAN in the email, converted at the current rate.

Making and delivery

• —Usual making time is 5 – 10 days from receipt of payment (or from approval of the preview, if later). For larger orders we agree the timing in advance.
• —Collection in Reading is free; we agree the place and time by message.
• —Delivery across the UK by Royal Mail: £3.95, free on orders from £40. Usually 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• —Delivery to Slovakia and the EU: £9.90, usually 5–8 working days. Any customs charges on import into the EU are paid by the recipient.
• —I’ll email you when your parcel is dispatched.

Cancellation and returns

• —Personalised items (with a name, text, initial, date, made to your design or to order) are made exclusively for you and, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to them.
• —Non-personalised items can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Send the item unused and undamaged to my address (I’ll let you know it); the cost of return postage is borne by the buyer. I refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
• —Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Faulty items

• —If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, write to me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I’ll make a new piece or refund you — your choice.
• —Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Natural variations of handmade work (position of flowers, tiny bubbles in resin, shade) are not defects.
• —Complaints are resolved within 30 days at the latest.

Other

• —Product photos are for illustration; every piece is handmade and may differ slightly.
• —Copyright in my designs stays with me; texts and photos you send for personalisation are used only for your order.
• —These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers in the EU keep the protections of their local law.
